In a country like Albania, where social policies are limited due to the insufficient income at national level, there is a great number of impoverished people and families, whose only hope is to live normally. These people are supported by the society.

To continue ensuring aids to these poor social classes, the “ALSAR” Foundation in the framework of its humanitarian solidarity activities, on February 24, 2018, in cooperation with the Municipality of Belsh, carried out the program, “Humanitarian solidarity towards people in need during the winter season”, through which the provision aids contingent which comprised of food, was aimed, to contribute somehow in alleviating their economic condition.

Thanks to this successful cooperation and support provided by the Germany-based Organization of Social and Humanitarian Aids “HASENE”, 200 families of the city of Belsh benefitted from this project humanitarian aids in food packages.
